Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Pretty sure I didn't eat lunch. I was still feeling pretty crappy.
- Dinner: Beef and broccoli, light on the rice
- Snacks: Some dry-roasted peanuts and beef jerky
Exercise:
- Like I said, does shoveling the driveway count, because that's pretty much the only activity I managed to do today.
