Had a lunch meeting, so didn't get to ride today. I ran about 3 1/2 miles during my daughter's gymnastics class.
Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: 3 pieces of pizza
- Dinner: 2 italian sausages with pepper and onion, and a spinach salad with cukes and carrots, and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.
Exercise:
- 3 1/2 mile run during my daughter's gymnastics class
Today's weigh-in: 184.0
