Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / Protein smoothie
- Lunch: Protein bar at my desk
- Dinner: Mini paleo pizzas, and some caesar salad. Those little pizza things were awesome. We don't really follow the "paleo" diet, but these seemed to fit pretty well with how we're eating these days.
Exercise:
- None, again.
