Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Protein bar in the car.
- Dinner: Salad with chicken. Basically, the same stuff we do when we make our chicken wraps, but decided not to wrap it.
Exercise:
- 20 minute aerobic session on an elliptical at the gym.
- 9 laps in the pool. Variety of strokes.
