Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: I broke down and had a cheesesteak.
- Dinner: Asian steak kabobs, and some sauteed bok choy. First time we've ever had that. It was pretty good.
Exercise:
- 90 minutes on the trainer. Watched another couple episodes of Burn Notice.
