I was busy at work today, so I wasn't able to do anything during lunch. But I made up for it this evening with a run and a ride on the trainer.
Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Protein bar at my desk
- Dinner: Steak, sauteed broccoli
Exercise:
- 3.5 mile run. Managed to get my PRs for 1/2 mile, 1k, 1 mile, 2 mile, and 5k
- 45 minutes on the trainer
Today's weigh-in: 178.2
