Not much to say today. Went for a run during my daughter's gymnastics class. Didn't get on the bike at all today. But that's ok, because I'll be riding to and from work tomorrow, and possibly during lunch. Going to get up early and ride with the kids to their summer day care program, then head to work from there.
Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Cheesesteak. That's gotta stop.
- Dinner: southwest salad, with some chopped steak. Pretty tasty.
Exercise:
- 3.9 mile run during my daughter's gymnastics class.
