I have a couple rides coming up this weekend. Good climb tomorrow, up Golden Gate Canyon. Then a ride with the Lifetime folks on Sunday.
Food:

- Lunch: Cheesesteak
- Dinner: Steak salad at Chipotle
Exercise:
- 850 meters in the lap pool at Lifetime
