Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Protein bar at my desk
- Dinner: Couple pieces of pizza
Exercise:
- 30 minute walk at lunch
- 3.2 mile run after dinner
- About 40-45 minutes on the trainer. It shows an hour ride, but I actually stopped for a bit in the middle to help put some groceries away. Forgot to turn the GPS off, so it just shows me bouncing around my garage.
