Boring day. Just a commute to work. But at least it was outside instead of inside on the trainer.
Food:
Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
Lunch: Protein bar at my desk.
Dinner: Italian sausage with peppers and onions
Exercise:
Commute - 27 miles round/trip
Today's weigh-in: 182.0
