Another day with not much to say. I rode my bike to work today. Got a couple PRs, too, which was weird. I must have had a tailwind or something. I've ridden some of those segments well over 60 times, and PRs are few and far between. One more commute tomorrow, and then it's race time. I have a road race up in Fort Collins on Saturday afternoon. More on that later.
Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Steak tacos from Qdoba
- Dinner: Bacon-wrapped chicken and some broccoli
Exercise:
- Commute
- 45 minutes on the elliptical
