Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: I've been doing pretty good lately, so I think I deserved a cheesesteak.
- Dinner: Steak salad from Chipotle.
Exercise:
- Strendurance Workout E
- 30 minute walk at lunch. Took the long way to the cheese steak place.
- 30 minutes recovery ride on the bike.
Today's weigh-in: 183.6. Oh well. Expected.
