Food:
- Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
- Lunch: Tried to make a copy of the Lifetime Café's Harvest Turkey Wrap. But it turns out we were out of mayo somehow. So, instead of whipping up a cranberry mayo, we went with a raspberry vinaigrette. Deli turkey, lettuce blend, sliced apple, shredded cheese and raspberry vinaigrette.
- Dinner: Spicy basil chicken. Yummy.

- As I said, I was planning to go on a 50-mile ride today, but it didn't happen. Decided to do an 80-minute Spinervals session at home instead. Spinervals 16.0 - Aero Base Builder 1. Here's my Strava entry.
