Commuting again

Not much to say today.  Mom-in-law is in town and using my car, so I am riding to work this week.  This means I don't have to get on the trainer at night, which is nice.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  I was starving, so I got a cheese steak.  Oh well.  I hope my bike ride makes up for it.
  • Dinner:  Couple pieces of pizza.

Exercise:
  • Commute
  • 5 mile run during my daughter's soccer practice.
