3/26

Boring day.  Just a commute to work.  But at least it was outside instead of inside on the trainer.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar at my desk.
  • Dinner:  Italian sausage with peppers and onions

Exercise:
  • Commute - 27 miles round/trip

Today's weigh-in:  182.0
