Recovery day

Nothing to say today.  Getting ready for race weekend.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  I've been doing pretty good lately, so I think I deserved a cheesesteak.
  • Dinner:  Steak salad from Chipotle.

Exercise:
  • Strendurance Workout E
  • 30 minute walk at lunch.  Took the long way to the cheese steak place.
  • 30 minutes recovery ride on the bike.


Today's weigh-in:  183.6.  Oh well.  Expected.
