No run today, just trainer

Decided to give my joints a little break today, and didn't do any running.  Just rode the trainer for a bit.

Back to the ortho doc tomorrow.  Interested to see how I'm healing.  Stay tuned . . .

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  I broke down and had a cheesesteak.
  • Dinner:  Asian steak kabobs, and some sauteed bok choy.  First time we've ever had that.  It was pretty good. 

Exercise:
  • 90 minutes on the trainer.  Watched another couple episodes of Burn Notice.


Today's weigh-in:  177.2
