Week 23, Day 1, I think

I stopped counting weeks and days a while back, because it seemed like it was getting boring.  But I couldn't think of anything to call this post, so I just looked at the calendar.

I was busy at work today, so I wasn't able to do anything during lunch.  But I made up for it this evening with a run and a ride on the trainer.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar at my desk
  • Dinner:  Steak, sauteed broccoli

Exercise:
  • 3.5 mile run.  Managed to get my PRs for 1/2 mile, 1k, 1 mile, 2 mile, and 5k
  • 45 minutes on the trainer

Today's weigh-in:  178.2
