Week 8 - Day 4


Not much to say today.  Normal stuff.  No bike riding today, just some swimming at Lifetime Fitness.

Food:
  • Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar while driving to a meeting
  • Dinner: Chicken wrap

Exercise:
  • My usual morning routine
  • 8 laps in the pool at Lifetime

Today's weigh-in:  196.2, again.
