Day 27

I had planned on going for a nice 50-mile bike ride today, but life just got in the way.  Errands and such.  But I managed to squeeze in some good exercise and good food.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch: Tried to make a copy of the Lifetime Café's Harvest Turkey Wrap.  But it turns out we were out of mayo somehow.  So, instead of whipping up a cranberry mayo, we went with a raspberry vinaigrette. Deli turkey, lettuce blend, sliced apple, shredded cheese and raspberry vinaigrette.
  • Dinner:  Spicy basil chicken.  Yummy.
