And . . . here's the rain

The rain finally came, but fortunately not until this evening.  So, I managed to get in another lunchtime ride, and a 5k run this evening.  The ride was great, but I got a little wet during my run.

Food:
  • Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar after my ride
  • Dinner:  Mini paleo pizzas, again.  Really tasty.

Exercise:
  • 17 mile bike ride at lunch
  • 3.25 mile run after dinner



Today's weigh-in:  179.8.  Sweet!
