Inside and out

I had a lunchtime seminar today, so I didn't get to do a lunch ride.  But I managed to get in a run after dinner.  And since I haven't had a really good bike ride in a while, I figured it was time to get back on the trainer.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Catered lunch from Panera.  I had a turkey sandwich, chips and a cookie.
  • Dinner:  Pork chops on the grill, and broccoli

Exercise:
  • 3.2 mile run after dinner
  • 65-minute ride on the trainer, with Spinervals 41.0 - Ascending Mountains in Leadville, Colorado.

 


Today's weigh-in:  179.0.  One pound away from another milestone.
