Week 12 - Day 4

Quick update.  No bike ride today.  Evening at Lifetime Fitness.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Subway.  Spicy Italian.  Been a few months since I've had Subway.
  • Dinner:  Asian chicken salad

Exercise:
  • 10 laps in the pool at Lifetime Fitness

Today's weigh-in:  191.0
