End of Week 17

Quick post today. Not much to say. It's the end of another week.  I've had some sketchy weeks and a lot of up-and-down weight loss lately, but I think this week went really well.  Pretty happy right now.

Had a lunch meeting, so didn't get to ride today. I ran about 3 1/2 miles during my daughter's gymnastics class.

Food: 
  • Breakfast: Fruit / protein smoothie 
  • Lunch: 3 pieces of pizza 
  • Dinner: 2 italian sausages with pepper and onion, and a spinach salad with cukes and carrots, and sun-dried tomato vinaigrette. 

Exercise:
  • 3 1/2 mile run during my daughter's gymnastics class  



Today's weigh-in: 184.0
