Week 16 - Day 1

I'll call it another rest day.  The truth is, it's cold and I don't feel like sitting in the garage in the cold again.  I've had a taste of spring, and I'm not in the mood for more winter.  I'm ready to be outside, and working out inside just doesn't seem like fun right now.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar at my desk.
  • Dinner:  Spicy thai basil chicken wraps

Exercise:
  • None, again.

Today's weigh-in:  192.0
