Week 17 - Day 1

After another snowy start this morning, the weather cleared this afternoon.  Taking a look at the 10-day forecast, I see a lot of sun and warm temperatures.  I don't know that I'll get in a lunchtime ride until maybe Friday, but I'm happy to see some better weather anyway.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / Protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar at my desk
  • Dinner:  Mini paleo pizzas, and some caesar salad.  Those little pizza things were awesome.  We don't really follow the "paleo" diet, but these seemed to fit pretty well with how we're eating these days.

Exercise:
  • None, again.
