Week 15 - Day 4

Quick post tonight.  Good day.  Outside ride at lunch, and a run after dinner.  Looking forward to a good weekend.

Food:
  • Breakfast:  Fruit / protein smoothie
  • Lunch:  Protein bar at my desk after my bike ride
  • Dinner:  Baked salmon and asparagus

Exercise:
  • Lunchtime bike ride
  • Run after dinner
